Activites include guided walks on the many nearby beaches, nutrition talks, learn relaxation techniques, meditation, learn to do ayurvedic face massage for yourself and much more. Cooking demos to show you some simple low carb breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
The day will start at 9am with a cup of herbal tea. There will be optional meditation before hand at 8.30am. Approx. 2 hrs. free time every afternoon and the day finishes around 7.00pm after evening meal. This allows for rest and also relaxed chatting.

Food will be light, vegetarian and wholesome. As the body cleanses itself you will get rid of toxins, lose the cravings and reset your appetite for healthy food. Herbal teas will be served throughout the day and drinking plenty of good clean water is advised. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Dairy and gluten free.

Week-end will start at 10am Friday 11th October. Guests may arrive the night before if they wish. Finish will be 6pm Sunday evening 13th October.

Your host will be Eileen Hannon Nutritional Therapist and Reiki Master. Eileen has facilitated many workshops and groups over the last 20 years, the most recent being a 5 day retreat in Kerry in October 2017 and another in The Burren Co. Clare in September 2018.
Eileen is available before and after the retreat for one to one Nutritional Therapy and/or Reiki consultations.

Cost per person:
€300pp for a single room and €200pp sharing                               Booking closes Monday 30th Sept                           Please note there are 5 bedrooms in total so places are limited to between 5 and 7 people.

Cost includes accommodation, meals, bottled water, all activities and notes/recepies/menu planning.
It does not include transport to Castlegregory but pick up in Tralee can be arranged.
